We offer specialised training and awareness sessions for school staff, focusing on critical areas such as ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder), Anxiety awareness, Growth Mindset, and communication skills. Our goal is to move beyond passive learning. Our sessions are designed to be engaging and interactive, ensuring they are anything but "death by PowerPoint." We encourage staff to bring real-life examples to the table, fostering open, honest, and positive discussions about how the skills and insights gained can be directly applied to their daily working practices.

We understand that every educational setting is unique. That's why we don't offer a one-size-fits-all solution. Before any session, you will meet with one of our lead practitioners, preferably in person. This initial consultation is crucial for us to understand your provision's specific needs and challenges. We use this time to collaboratively develop a training package that is perfectly tailored to your team, ensuring the content is relevant, impactful, and directly applicable. The length of each training session is also flexible and can be fully discussed and decided upon during this meeting.
